Alumni Khidmat
Our Mawali-Tahireen, or spiritual leaders, have always taught us to give back. From feeding and clothing the hungry and poor, to helping build homes and mosques for those in need, we’ve endeavored to make this a core tenet of our organization. One of the philosophical underlying of our religion itself is that:
“The essence of all knowledge and understanding is the betterment of humanity”
- Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS

This central idea drives our passion for progress and learning, to be able to apply all that we know in the pursuit of the betterment of all Creation. It builds a sense of community and love within our own members, the larger Dawoodi Bohra collective, in our localities, and truly across the world.
This love based on giving and receiving, as well as having and sharing is exemplified in our Fostership and Upliftment drives, our Dana Committee initiatives to move towards Zero-Waste kitchens and donate to local food kitchens, and the passing of knowledge from graduate to inductee through our various academic programs. Yemen Fostership
Uplifting the conditions of our fellow mumineen across the globe has been the rallying call of our Moula TUS for many years now, and it is a cause with which we acutely identify. The feeling of knowing your contributions helped a family sleep better at night knows no equal.
Come be part of our mission! Donate today and help a family just like yours.
Yemen Humanitarian
Crisis
Yemen is the largest humanitarian crisis in the world, with more than 24 million people – some 80 per cent of the population – in need of humanitarian assistance, including more than 12 million children. Since the conflict escalated in March 2015, the country has become a living hell for the country's children. We've been organizing drives to support this cause - please donate below and help us fight this disaster.

Online Tehfeez
The Alumni Online Tehfeez program is specifically geared towards the western lifestyle. We understand the pressures of school, extracurricular, a full-time job, active motherhood, and every other obstacle to hifz. Together, we'll show you how to balance hifz and your lifestyle, and join us as American Huffaz.
Come join us today and learn how so many other have succeeded with our help!
Mahad Camp
Every year Mahad Alumni and Nisaab put together a Quran+ camp to foster interest, help youth achieve their hifz goals, and create camaraderie between mumineen across North America.
From this camp, students have gone on to Al-Jamea, Nisaab Mahad (Surat), Mukhayyam-ul-Quran (Nairobi and Karachi), and come to our very own Nisaab Mahad Houston.

Mentorship
Alumni are graduates of not only hifz programs, but high school, college, graduate school, and Al-Azhar University. Their combined experiences help the students of today to navigate difficult challenges, and produce better and better graduates every year.
From Calculus and AP Chemistry help to reviewing your college admissions essays, your older brothers at Mahad Alumni are always a call away.
